Can I have an item shipped directly to the recipient?
Yes... just be sure to give us the name and mailing address for who you wish us to mail the order to.

How will they know who the gift is from? I don't want them to see the invoice with the price on it.
If this is a gift to be mailed directly to the recipient, simply check the option for GIFT CARD and include the message you would like us to write on the gift card. We will include this card with the shipment instead of the invoice.

What if the order arrives damaged?
Please notify us via E-mail, within 24 hours of receiving the item. We cannot be responsible for damages that are not reported within 24 hours of delivery. Due to the fragile nature of our products, we carefully wrap each piece and ONLY ship in boxes. We do not mail our ceramic items in envelopes of any kind. Please retain the original packing material for inspection by the postal carrier. We cannot be responsible for damaged items without proof of our mailing materials present.

What if I receive an item and the spelling, date or design is incorrect?
Please be sure to double check the details of your order before submitting it. We paint each item upon receiving the order, based on the information given in the order form. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect personalization if the order was painted according to the order.

What if I need to cancel an order?
Once the painting process has begun, we cannot cancel an order. Keep in mind, orders normally get started within 24 hours of being received. Should you find a situation where you need to cancel... please contact us immediately to see if the painting process has begun.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Normally items ship out within 3 weeks from date of order. Please understand this could extend an extra week during busy seasons. If you need an item sooner, we recommend choosing the RUSH IT option for just $15 per item. This will insure that your item will ship out from our studio in 10 "business days". (Please allow for travel time too). We will notify you with the Tracking Number once your order ships out.

Design Changes and Special Requests:
We love new ideas, so if you dont see what you are looking for, just email us with your thoughts. We'll do our best to come up with something. If you like one of our items, but maybe the colors arent exactly what you need, let us know. Simple changes such as colors are no problem. Please understand that we cannot do a perfect color match but we'll do our best to coordinate it.
